Offering multi-level classes in a variety of settings, Geddes is founded on the idea that the practice of yoga can be enjoyed anywhere by any person.

About Me
On any given weekend, you can find me catching up on some reading for my book club or heading to the mountains for a hike. I indulge in dark chocolate and sunny beaches whenever possible, and am quick to jump on an opportunity to cross another national park off my list.
